1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RoGraphics ("we", "our", or the "Service"), available at rographics.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RoGraphics is an AI-powered tool that generates Roblox game thumbnails and icons based on user prompts. The Service produces downloadable PNG image files for use on Roblox game pages.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You may register using email/password or through third-party OAuth providers (Google, GitHub, Discord). By using OAuth, you authorize us to access basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) from these providers.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, Lemonsqueezy. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the recurring billing terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Usage Limits

Each plan has daily and/or total generation limits. Exceeding these limits will prevent further generations until the limit resets. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the images generated for you. You are free to use generated thumbnails and icons in your Roblox games without restriction.

The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, remains the intellectual property of RoGraphics.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Abuse the API or attempt to bypass usage limits
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
  • Generate content that violates Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated images will be error-free or suitable for all use cases.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoGraphics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
